Description

I've been watching for these critters to appear since the start of spring.
They haven't put in an appearance.
A friend said they had seen some on the 21st.
I went for a look at my "main site" on the 22nd and there was heaps of them over the Willow in the area.
They were not there on the 18th
Many more by the 24th
Looking back at my records last year (the first time at Travis) they appeared around the same date.
They were also on Harakeke

Daphnia with eggs.

Water in places that would not "normally" see it.

Quite a lot of these ballooning of reeds.

Plenty of them walking on the water as well.
